Service Limitations
Our services are specifically intended for non-emergency healthcare needs. ELAAJ PVT. Ltd. is not equipped to handle urgent care or emergencies. In the event of a medical emergency, you should immediately contact your local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital.

4. Appointments

4.1 Booking and Cancellation

• Appointments must be booked through our website or mobile app.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend (no-shows), may incur charges.

4.2 Rescheduling

• Requests to reschedule an appointment must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, subject to the availability of the healthcare provider.

4.3 No-Shows

• Repeated no-shows may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

5. Consultations

5.1 Non-Emergency Use
The services provided on our Platform are intended solely for non-emergency healthcare. ELAAJ PVT. Ltd. is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you experience a medical emergency, you must seek immediate assistance from emergency medical services.

5.2 User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete medical information to ensure effective consultation.
• You agree to provide all relevant medical records and a list of current medications during the consultation to enable accurate diagnosis and treatment.

5.3 Healthcare Provider’s Discretion

• Healthcare providers using ELAAJ PVT. Ltd. have the right to refuse treatment if they determine that the information provided is insufficient or if an in-person consultation is required for proper evaluation.

6. Prescriptions

6.1 Issuance
Prescriptions will be issued at the sole discretion of the consulting doctor, based on professional medical judgment and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

6.2 Prescription Fulfillment

• Prescriptions will be sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice, subject to the availability and capabilities of the pharmacy.
• ELAAJ PVT. Ltd. is not responsible for delays, errors, or issues related to the fulfillment of prescriptions by the pharmacy.

6.3 Prohibited Medications

• ELAAJ PVT. Ltd. does not allow the prescription of controlled substances, narcotics, or medications requiring an in-person evaluation or a physical examination.

7. User Conduct

As a user of ELAAJ PVT. Ltd., you agree not to:

• Post or share any obscene, defamatory, offensive, or unlawful content.
• Engage in activities that violate local, state, or national laws, or infringe upon the rights of others.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Platform in any manner.
• Misrepresent medical symptoms, or otherwise provide false or misleading information to obtain prescriptions unlawfully.

Violations
Any breach of the above conduct may result in immediate suspension of your account, legal action, or both.

8. Fees and Payments

8.1 Payment Terms

• Fees for consultations and other services will be clearly displayed during the booking process and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Payments are non-refundable except as expressly outlined in our refund policy.

8.2 Transaction Security

• We use secure payment gateways to process all payments. ELAAJ PVT. Ltd. is not responsible for unauthorized transactions that occur due to user negligence, such as the sharing of account details or payment information with unauthorized third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the ELAAJ PVT. Ltd. website, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, videos, and software, is the intellectual property of ELAAJ PVT. Ltd. and is protected by relevant intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
